Then, crush the chuda (Poha) roughly. (Note: It should not be fully powdered) Take a big bowl and add crushed chuda powder. Now, add desi ghee and jaggery and mix it very well with both hand for 5 minutes. Then, add ginger, raisin, cashew nuts, pepper powder and mix it very well.
